The best embodiment of Atzarin is in three staggered rows of buttons.
A keyboard of 10, 11, and 10 buttons, like the one shown below or one having 10, 11 y 12 buttons, has a range of notes similar to that of diatonic accordion, just under 3 octaves, but with all the notes of the chromatic scale throughout the extension of the keyboard. However, it is still a relatively compact keyboard, especially in comparison to continental chromatics and even compared to the Wicki/Hayden arrrangement.
In the same number of buttons Atzarin
has 6 more notes than a continental chromatic.
